– What will you do with those emotions?

– What unconscious biases have you become aware of?

– How can building emotions intelligence help you to fight racism? 

Hear a story of a couple’s experience of racism and their resilient inner strength.  

Outcomes: 

• Tips to address your unconscious biases and assumptions
• Understand the neuroscience of emotions to build new neurons
• Know your triggers to stay present in conversation
• Understand the difference between tolerance, acceptance, discrimination and inclusion behaviors
• Understand your role in fighting against racism​

This is an online experiential workshop conducted through zoom using breakout rooms discussions, polling questions using audio and video.
